**Competent bacteria**

Nicolas Fix-Boulier is in charge of preparing competent bacteria for the lab. The samples are stored in the -80°C freezer (room 512) at location D15 “Nicolas Fix-Boulier 1”

Samples are identified as follows:

  * One same symbol = same batch of preparation
  * A red dot = a batch has been tested with a control transformation (it is not recommended to use a batch if it has not yet been tested)
