Fill with the student the form “Convention de stage”. It has to be signed by the stagiaire advisor at LJP, and by the director of the lab twice (as director of the lab and as representant du Président de l‘Université). Then it is signed by the stagiaire University.

Talk to Malika soon enough so she can request a Kaba key and start the carte de cantine procedure.
The stagiaire needs to provide :

• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• Phone number
• RIB (bank statement)
• Numéro de Sécurité Sociale

Le salaire au 1er Janvier 2018 est de 3.75 € de l’heure
