If you want to suggest a speaker's name, please contact Nelly or Alexis, or add names (and details) on the shared spreadsheet (find the address of this Google spreadsheet in the intranet).

Organizers will take care of the invitation if the speaker is in Paris area. If they are outside Paris area, the lab will cover the traveling/accommodation expenses, but the paperwork gets much more complicated (invitation avec prise en charge, Globeo, etc.) and the organizers will not take care of this.
