The lab has a welcome booklet which you can find here. The goal is to help newcomers know all the important things, procedures, places, and people.
All new non-permanent members of the lab should be provided with one as soon as they arrive !
Printed versions are available in the 5th floor cafeteria and in the 4th floor corridor.
If new booklets are needed, you can send them to be printed at the IBPS reprography.
Send an email to sciences-ufr927-picn@sorbonne-universite.fr, containing the booklet PDF, and this form completed :
The order should be ready to pickup in a couple of days. Go to the PICN (Pôle d’impression et de communication numérique), located in Cassan building room B109. (Tel : 01.44.27.34.86)
Opening times :
To modify the booklet, you can download the SVG version of the booklet, and modify it with your favorite software (eg. Inkscape).
Don't forget to add the new version to this wiki, and print a few copies.
