Delivery

(Updated by Nicolas Fix-Boulier, 07/2022)

The deliverers drop off the packages at the laboratory.

Who can receive a package?

Any laboratory staff can receive a package (researchers, students, permanent, non-permanent, etc.), the deliverers will just ask you for a signature.

What to do after receiving a package?

Once in possession of a package, please do not leave it in the corridor, and put it :

i) in Malika's office (room 406) if you received the package on the 4th floor

ii) in the stockroom (room 504) if you received the package on the 5th floor

iii) or ideally give it directly to the person concerned if his name is indicated on the delivery note

iv) exceptional case: if the delivery is too large, you can leave it in the corridor BUT inform Nicolas Fix-Boulier (nicolas.fix_boulier@sorbonne-universite.fr)

Warning : for deliveries that are orders from the lab, it is essential to keep the delivery note, date it and sign it, and give it to Malika (or put it in the bin on the left when entering her office ). This allows him to confirm receipt of the order, and therefore to validate payment of the invoice to the supplier. Note: to avoid any problem of traceability of the delivery notes, it is preferable that they are collected ONLY by the person who ordered the package.

What to do if there is no delivery note?

Sometimes the package does not have a delivery note. Don't panic, you just have to complete a delivery certificate available here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wDUa1d5caHG54dGwZbsKOLMPhtTusv7v/edit (see with Nicolas Fix-Boulier if access problem)
