Reserve a room for a seminar or PhD defense

Various options (not exhaustive! And thus to be completed… )

  1. Call Christine Nemer (01 44 27 44 48) at UFR de Physique.
  2. Call Cécile Lefebvre, secretary of INSP (01 44 27 63 72), very nice person and efficient! They have an internal reservation system and she will look into it for you.
  3. Contact IBPS. Demander à Lydia?

Amphi Charpak

About 100 people capacity

Reserve a room in a library

Check:
http://documentation.sorbonne-universites.fr/services/equipements/salles-de-travail/reservation-en-ligne-des-salles-de-travail-campus-pierre-et-marie-curie.html
that gives a description about the types of rooms that are available and where they are located on the campus.

Then use Buresa to book a room:
https://buresa.upmc.fr/ReservationSalles/

It is easy to use. Just decide what type of room you need, the duration etc… The website will propose different options (availability is sketched with the green boxes)

One can book up to 10 hours per week. Students use their ID card to unlock the door. Researchers don’t have such card, so they have to type their ID info (email/password) on a tiny, buggy touchscreen. Call a library worker instead, they will unlock the door for you.
